and supporting democratic transitions

Who We Are

Established in 2025 in France, My Rights MENA is a non-profit human rights organization dedicated to protecting and promoting human rights across the Middle East and North Africa region.

The foundation was born out of a deep conviction that awareness of one’s rights is the first step toward defending them, and that empowering individuals and communities to actively participate in decision-making strengthens democracy and ensures social justice.

We focus on:

  • Providing legal support

  • Promoting a culture of transitional justice

  • Documenting human rights violations

  • Building the capacity of activists and affected communities

  • Continuously working to combat impunity and advocate for victims before local and international platforms
